What paper width should I choose?

2-inch printers suit compact receipts and tickets; 3-inch is the standard retail and hospitality receipt width; 4-inch suits wider dockets and some label work. Tell us your use case and we'll recommend a width.

Which Sewoo printer is best for delivery drivers and field service?

The 3-inch LK-P31 is the popular all-rounder for on-the-move receipts and proof-of-delivery. For tougher outdoor or logistics work, the IP42-rated LK-P43 rugged 4-inch stands up to knocks, dust and light rain.

Will a Sewoo printer work with Shopify POS, Square or my mobile POS app?

The Bluetooth models use the standard ESC/POS command set that most mobile POS, delivery and field-service apps support. Check your app's supported-printer list, or tell us which app you run and we'll confirm compatibility before you buy.

What's the difference between the LK-P21, LK-P31 and LK-P41?

Mainly print width — 2, 3 and 4 inches respectively — plus connectivity and battery. Narrower models are lighter and cheaper for tickets and short receipts; wider models handle full receipts, dockets and light labels. See the line-up table above for a quick comparison.

Can Sewoo printers print labels as well as receipts?

Selected models do. The desktop LK-B20 is a dedicated barcode-label printer, and some 3-inch and 4-inch units handle both receipts and labels on direct-thermal media. Tell us your label size and we'll point you to the right model.
