Ring scanners and pistol-grip scanners run a full 12-hour shift on a single charge. Hot-swap battery kits are available for 24/7 operations.
Will scanners work in a freezer?
Yes — we supply cold-chain rated models down to -20 C and -30 C with screen heaters and condensation-resistant builds.
Do you offer a swap-out replacement pool?
Yes — for fleet rollouts of 50+ devices we hold a sized replacement pool against your SKU list and ship next-day swap-outs direct to site under one trade RMA. Zero pickers stood down during peak is the standard SLA.
Can you pre-configure devices for our WMS?
Yes — we pre-pair to your WMS test instance, load your MDM profile, lock symbologies, set scan prefixes/suffixes and asset-tag per DC before despatch. Pickers receive a working scanner, not a setup job.
