Hospitality Mobile POS
Pay-at-table, mobile bar tabs, hotel front-desk and event catering hardware.
Pay-at-table cuts table turnover by 10-15 minutes per cover and lifts tips. We supply the iPad and iPhone POS hardware, Bluetooth receipt printers and PCI-certified chip and PIN terminals that make it work — pre-configured for Lightspeed K-Series, ICRTouch, Zonal, Toast and the major hospitality POS platforms. Restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels and event caterers all rely on the same core kit: an iPad-or-iPhone POS, a belt-clip printer and a paired card reader that survives a wet shift.

Frequently asked questions
Will this work with our existing EPOS?
We integrate with most UK hospitality POS platforms including Lightspeed K-Series, ICRTouch, Zonal and Toast. Confirm your stack and we'll spec the matching kit.
How rugged does the kit need to be?
Pay-at-table hardware lives a hard life — we recommend IP54-or-better printers and rugged iPad cases as standard.
Can we run on Wi-Fi or do we need 4G?
Wi-Fi is fine for most venues, but we recommend a 4G failover router for any operation where downtime kills service.
What's a realistic ROI on pay-at-table?
Operators typically see 10-15 minutes off average table-turn at peak service and a 10-15% tip uplift from in-screen tip prompts. Across a 280-site estate, that has paid the hardware back in a single quarter on previous rollouts.
Can you supply rental or event kits?
Yes — short-term rental kits for one-off events, pop-ups and seasonal trade are available with delivery and tear-down collection. Hardware ships pre-configured to your event POS.
