Events Mobile POS
Ticket scanning, accreditation control and mobile bar payment hardware.
Events are the hardest environment in mobile POS: thousands of transactions a day, no fixed power, intermittent signal and a hard end-of-day deadline. We supply the kit that survives it — Bluetooth scanners for ticket gates, iPad and iPhone POS sleds for mobile bars and merch stands, PCI-certified chip and PIN readers, multi-day battery cases and rapid charging trolleys. We've kitted festivals, conferences, stadium events and street markets across the UK, all from UK stock with same-week despatch.

Frequently asked questions
Do you hire as well as sell?
Yes — we offer short-term hire packages for events, including a tear-down collection service. Hardware ships pre-configured to your event POS.
How do we charge 100 devices overnight?
We supply multi-bay charging trolleys (16 to 64 bays) that recharge an entire fleet between event days.
What about signal at remote venues?
We pair our mobile POS hardware with 4G/5G failover routers and external antennas for venues with weak signal.
What is the typical event lead time?
We need a minimum of 10 working days for a standard event kit (50-200 devices). For mid-summer festival weekends we recommend booking 6-8 weeks ahead — popular weekends sell out our hire pool.
Do you handle setup and tear-down on site?
Yes — for large festivals we can deploy an engineer to the production compound for setup, mid-event support and end-of-event collection. Standard for 100+ device deployments.
