ASR-P37U DESKTOP-Type UHF RFID Reader/Writer without Antenna
The Asreader ASR-P37U is a desktop UHF RFID reader/writer — a compact counter or workstation unit for encoding and reading UHF tags. Ideal for tag commissioning, returns, stock-in and point-of-service RFID workflows.
The ASR-P37U functions as an RFID reader/writer by simply connecting it to your Windows PC or Android device via a USB cable. It is compatible with any suitable antenna and can be used on a tabletop or mounted on a wall using the included fixture.
There are two operating modes available: HID communication and serial communication.
In HID communication mode, you can hold the RFID tag over the PC or Android device, and the data read from the tag will be input directly to the cursor's position on the screen as keyboard input.
In serial communication mode, the RFID writer can not only read RFID tags but also write JAN codes to SGTINs, as long as the application incorporates a dedicated SDK.
