The HugeRock T60EX carries a genuine ATEX certification (II 2G Ex ib IIB T4 Gb), meaning it is intrinsically safe — engineered so it can never release enough energy to ignite flammable gas, vapour or dust. That lets your team carry a connected Android smartphone into Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas where an ordinary phone or tablet is simply not permitted, replacing paper, radios and trips back to a safe zone.

Built-in NFC (ISO 14443A/B and ISO 15693) reads asset and inspection tags at 2–5 cm, and 13 MP rear plus 5 MP front cameras handle evidence photos and video calls to the control room.
